EZTOTE™ Return Policy
Return Window:
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
Contact us at eztoteusa@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll email you:

A return shipping label, and

Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on:

Items that are used, washed, or show signs of wear

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must meet the same eligibility requirements (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging), and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
